JOB SUMMARY

The job role of Sales Executive is to work in the Wholesale division of Optica to market products to wholesale customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties & Responsibilities: The Employee’s duties, which may be varied from time to time, will include amongst other responsibilities that arise during the day-to-day business of the Company the following:

  • Sales of Optical products and optical eye testing equipment to Wholesale customers
  • Creating Sales Invoice and Delivery notes and ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Building and maintaining quality relationships with key accounts.
  • Keeping tab on competition and the products they are selling
  • Preparation of the departmental reports Sales, Inventory
  • Payment follow-ups and ensure accounts are up to date.
  • Ensuring the company objectives are achieved by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals and analyzing performance
  • Building Database of prospective clients and meeting them to expand the customer base and thus increase sales.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in sales strategies and processes to establish actionable insights.
  • Representing the company in exhibitions and trade fairs
  • Any other duties assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate's degree

  • Sales of Optical products and optical eye testing equipment to Wholesale customers
  • Creating Sales Invoice and Delivery notes and ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Building and maintaining quality relationships with key accounts.
  • Keeping tab on competition and the products they are selling
