Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant is seeking an experienced and results-driven Wood Production Supervisor to join our client's team in Juja. The successful candidate will supervise daily wood production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily wood production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of woodworking machinery.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Wood Technology, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience supervising production in a wood processing, timber, furniture, sawmill, or pallet manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Experience managing production teams and meeting production targets.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy with the ability to prepare production reports.
