Instruction and lesson planning: Prepare and deliver lessons that cover woodworking techniques and safety protocols. Teach students how to safely use a variety of tools and equipment. Demonstrate and guide students through different woodworking projects. Workshop management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment. Enforce all safety regulations and ensure students understand them. Manage and maintain the workshop's tools, materials, and supplies. Student assessment and support: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Monitor student readiness to use equipment before they begin tasks. Support students in developing their skills and potentially with vocational pathways.

Proficiency in carpentry, cabinet-making, and various woodworking techniques. Expertise in using both hand and power tools safely and correctly. Ability to interpret blueprints, perform accurate measurements, and plan projects. Skill in maintaining and repairing woodworking tools and equipment.

1.Degree or Diploma in the relevant field. 2.TSC registration. 3.Must be a Kenyan citizen.
