Background

Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for an active Workshop Manager to manage the company’s fleet and oversee day-to-day workshop operations.

Responsibilities

You will plan, organize and supervise all workshop activities including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency breakdowns. You will also manage staff, control inventory and spare parts, oversee tyre management, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications and Experience

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
  • Has 5+ years’ experience managing a busy workshop
  • Is hands-on with vehicle diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Can lead a team and manage workshop operations effectively
  • Holds a valid driving license (Classes A, B, C & E)
