We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations of our workshop, which carries out carpentry, welding, and related fabrication activities.

Responsibilities or duties:

• - Oversee daily operations of the workshop
• - Manage carpentry, welding, and fabrication activities
• - Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations

Qualifications or requirements:

• - Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Industrial Technology, or related field
• - Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a busy workshop
• - Strong technical knowledge in carpentry, welding, and general fabrication processes
• - Familiarity with workshop machinery, tools, and maintenance practices

Experience needed:

3-5 years supervisory experience in a busy workshop (carpentry, welding, or fabrication environment)
