Responsibilities or duties
Oversee daily workshop operations (fabrication, welding, CNC machines, press brakes); supervise technicians and machine operators; ensure jobs completed on time and meet quality standards; monitor machine usage and maintenance; enforce safety compliance; read and interpret technical drawings; coordinate production schedules; control material usage and minimize wastage.
