Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the furniture manufacturing workshop.
• Manage and supervise workshop staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum KCSE qualification.
• Proven experience working in a furniture manufacturing company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of furniture production processes and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
