You are a key player in elevating the guest experience within our prestigious Yacht Club. With impeccable service skills and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, you ensure that every guest’s journey is flawless from embarkation to disembarkation. Your Journey So Far
Luxury Hospitality Experience: You have a strong background in high-end hospitality, whether on a cruise ship, in a five-star hotel, or at a luxury resort. You understand the highest standards of premium guest service.
Multilingual Communication: You are fluent in English and at least two other European languages, allowing you to communicate effortlessly with our international guests.
Guest-Centric Approach: Your passion for exceptional service enables you to anticipate guest needs, handle concerns with professionalism, and create memorable experiences.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You address guest concerns with diplomacy, discretion, and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Tech-Savvy & Organized: You are proficient in reservation systems, check-in and check-out procedures, and guest account management, ensuring seamless operations.
Your Essentials
- Proven Experience in the same role or a similar one, preferably in an international cruise line or a luxury hospitality setting.
- Fluency in English and at least two additional European languages, enabling excellent communication with a diverse guest base.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined approach to guest engagement.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Knowledge of reservation and customer management systems, ensuring smooth service operations.
