The Yoghurt production officer will be responsible for operating and maintaining the yoghurt packaging line to ensure efficient, hygienic, and high-quality production output in compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Operate and monitor the yoghurt packaging machine to achieve timely and efficient production. Regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature as instructed by the Production Supervisor. Perform CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and COP (Cleaning-Out-of-Place) for yoghurt equipment and milk cans, ensuring the yoghurt room remains hygienic at all times. Inspect, sort, grade, and weigh products to confirm compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records. Support continuous improvement initiatives and promptly report any faults or abnomalies. Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
Strong decision-making and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Keen attention to detail and strict adherence to safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals effectively. Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented.
Certificate in Food Science and Technology, Dairy Technology, Food Processing, Engineering, or a related field. Diploma will be added advantage. Minimum of 1 year experience in a yoghurt or milk environment. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with continuous yoghurt line machine. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
