Responsibilities or duties

As a Youth Staff / Youth Counselor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading engaging activities for children and teenagers onboard our ships. This includes ensuring a safe and fun environment, fostering positive interactions, and providing excellent customer service to guests and their families.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for working with young people, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. A background in education, child development, recreation, or a related field is preferred. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Experience needed

Previous experience working with children in a camp, school, or recreational setting is highly desirable. Experience in the hospitality or cruise industry is an advantage.
