Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Zoho CRM System Administrator to manage, enhance, and optimize our Zoho CRM platform. This role is crucial in supporting our expanding operations and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine systems that handle significant daily customer interactions, directly contributing to operational efficiency and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the Zoho CRM platform, including modules, user management, profiles, security settings, and workflow automation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Design and implement automated workflows, Blueprints, Deluge functions, and business logic to streamline processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Create training materials and provide ongoing technical support to end-users.
  • Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and security through the implementation of governance policies.
  • Manage integrations between Zoho CRM and other business systems, including WebForms and internal tools.
  • Plan and execute system updates and deployments from staging to production environments.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for scalability and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a CRM System Administrator, with a strong preference for Zoho CRM.
  • Proficiency in CRM configuration, workflow automation, and system integration.
  • Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, Blueprints, and advanced customization features.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data management, governance, and quality assurance practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with release management and deploying changes to production environments.
