About the Role

HCS Affiliates Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Garissa region. This is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring the achievement of zonal sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve zonal sales objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Garissa.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
