JOB DETAILS:
We at Kapa Oil are looking for a results-driven individual for our marketing department to lead impactful campaigns and drive brand growth across Kenya and East Africa.
Execute 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital & OOH) • Manage agencies and ensure high-quality delivery • Partner with Sales to drive regional growth • Analyze performance data and provide insights • Lead events, activations, and product launches • Manage digital platforms and social media • Coordinate export market campaigns • Oversee POS materials, promotions, and customer experience • Track budgets and ensure compliance
