Background

MMT Alliance is seeking experienced Tender and Bid Specialists to join our team.

Responsibilities

The Tender and Bid Specialist will be responsible for:

• Identifying and analyzing tender opportunities.
• Preparing and submitting high-quality bids and proposals.
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.
• Managing the tender process from start to finish.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a Tender and Bid Specialist.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and procurement regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
