  • As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting passengers with inquiries, resolving complaints, providing travel information, and supporting ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding routes, schedules, fares, and policies.
  • Assist passengers with ticket reservations, cancellations, and rebookings.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other customer-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Customer Service, Hospitality Front office operations or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (experience in transportation, travel or service industry is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation/ticketing systems.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
