Responsibilities or duties

As part of our 2027 Graduate Programme, you will embark on a 24-month structured learning and development journey designed to accelerate your career. Through rotational assignments, you will:

  • Work on real business projects that deliver meaningful impact
  • Gain exposure to industry-leading technologies and solutions
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build practical experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment
  • Develop technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities through structured learning and mentorship

  • Recent graduate (Class of 2026) or graduating within the next 6 months
  • Eligible to work in Kenya
  • Available to work on-site and interested in practical, field-based learning experiences
  • Must be a graduate from an accredited university
