JOB DETAILS:
Requirements
Essential: Must be a resident of or have extensive knowledge of the respective location (Naivasha, Machakos, or Embu)
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior
Diploma or degree in Business or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in microfinance
Knowledge of local dialects is an advantage
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
