JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performance & Behavior Monitoring - Keep track of Courier performance,progress & Customer Approach.
- Reduced Lead Time-By daily follow up of dispatched orders.
- Return Rate Ensure on time collection & return of aftersale orders for processing.
- Monitor aftersales from KS from order collection to order arrival at warehouse per assigned region.
- On Time Receive reverse logistics parcels from couriers at the Sorting Center.
- System Processing & Scanning of reverse orders within 24hrs.
- Prepare processed return orders for Aftersales handover
- Coordinate with Aftersales and courier teams for abnormal resolution within 48hrs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any related course. (Experience in Logistics is an added advantage)
- A strong understanding of the logistics & transportation industry, including knowledge of delivery routes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead & manage 3PL providers, including setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
