About the Role
The AMO Technical Records Officer is responsible for the accurate administration, control, processing and secure retention of aircraft maintenance records within the AMO.
The role ensures that maintenance work packs are properly accounted for, reviewed and processed, with relevant maintenance information accurately captured in the AMO's planning and records system and Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) generated in accordance with Skyward AMO procedures and applicable KCAA requirements.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Technical qualifications in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance records or technical records administration within an AMO is an added advantage. Working knowledge of applicable aviation technical records and regulatory requirements.

- Technical Records & Documentation Control Regulatory Compliance-Understanding of AMO procedures, KCAA requirements and aviation record-keeping standards.
- ICT & Systems Proficiency-Ability to accurately capture, retrieve and manage technical information using electronic records and maintenance systems.
- Attention to Detail Organization & Time Management
- Integrity & Confidentiality Teamwork & Communication Safety & Compliance Mindset - Demonstrates a strong commitment to airworthiness, safety and adherence to approved procedures.

- Accurately capturing relevant maintenance information in the AMO's planning and records system.
