Background

Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable by accurately posting transactions and performing regular reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts receivable including the posting of transactions and the reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure internal records align with bank statements.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns including PAYE, NSSF, SHA, Housing Levy, and NITA in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle the preparation and filing of VAT, Withholding VAT, Withholding Tax, Instalment Tax, and Advance Tax.
  • Administer petty cash through accurate transaction posting and frequent reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant, CPA(K).
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.
  • Membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) is an added advantage.

Experience

Possess over 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.

  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure internal records align with bank statements.
