Job descriptions & requirements
Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Bank Reconciliation
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Tax Compliance
Prepare and submit tax filings in compliance with Kenyan regulations.
Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when necessary.
Budgeting & Financial Monitoring
Assist management with budget preparation and monitoring.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
Track expenses and ensure cost control measures are followed.
