Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Process payroll, invoices, and expense reports.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
