Alexanna is a growing audit, tax, and advisory firm offering professional outsourced accounting solutions to a diverse client base. We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our expanding outsourced accounting services function.

• Maintaining accurate accounting records for outsourced clients in accordance with applicable standards and firm policies.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Processing client transactions, including bank reconciliations, journals, and ledgers.
• Managing accounts receivable and payable functions for assigned clients.
• Preparing and reviewing statutory returns, including VAT and withholding tax, in liaison with the tax team.
• Assisting in the preparation of audit files and responding to audit queries.
• Liaising with clients to obtain information, resolve queries, and provide routine financial updates.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting continuous improvement of outsourced accounting processes and systems.

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA (K) Part II qualification or above.
• At least three (3) years’ practical experience in accounting, preferably in a professional services firm or outsourced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
