Avenue Hospital was founded in 1995 for the purpose of managing the outpatient department at the Hospital, and to extend medical services to corporate clientele through an innovative concept of Managed Healthcare.
Responsibilities or duties
Data analysis-Gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data from various sources like budgets, income statements, and balance sheets
Performance Monitoring-Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing variances against budget, and reporting on financial performance
Collaboration-Working with various teams to gather data, provide analysis, and ensure financial alignment across the organization
Risk Management- Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing mitigation strategies
Financial Analysis- Analyzing financial data, interpreting trends, and identifying potential risks and opportunities
Cost Management- Analyzing costs, identifying areas for potential savings, and contributing to cost reduction strategies
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations
Presentations-Presenting financial models and reports to management accountant clearly explaining financial issues, risks, providing recommendations based on financial analysis to support business decisions
Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor in line with the job description.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
100% accuracy in reporting and revenue recognition
Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
Expertise in relevant software like Excel
Proficiency in accounting
Bachelor's degree in a Finance/Accounting
CPA II
ACCA
Data Analytical
Experience needed
Minimum of 3 years' work experience in Finance and Accounts
