Our Client a Leading FMCG Manufacturing company in Kenya with Africa presence is Urgently Recruiting for a Key Accounts Manager with strong trade experience in Tier 1&2 Supermarkets Chains.

Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business goals. Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Contract and Renewal Management: Manage contract renewals, negotiate agreements, and ensure all contractual obligations are met. Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison to resolve client issues and complaints promptly. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and account reviews to clients and internal teams. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure client needs are met. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape that may impact clients.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are crucial for client interaction. Relationship Building: The ability to develop trust and build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills are needed for managing contracts and agreements. Problem-Solving: The capacity to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally. Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client and company goals. Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for managing multiple accounts and responsibilities. Sales and Business Acumen: Understanding client needs, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and meeting sales targets. Technical Proficiency: Often requires familiarity with common customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as accounting software for financial tasks.
Excellent in products Listings and Executions plus extensive Team Leadership skills 5+ years as KAM Managing Superior FMCG Brands is required.
