About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting mission-driven initiatives and coordinating impactful projects?
The Communications Network for Catholic Sisters (CNCS) in Kenya is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide office support and assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking communication and training projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events (online and in-person).
  • Manage office administration, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Support project planning, proposal development, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Assist with communication tasks – reports, presentations, and updates.
  • Maintain contacts with congregations, partners, and suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Project Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in administration or project coordination (NGO/faith-based preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Catholic institutions is an advantage.
