JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities

This is an entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will include:-

• Collecting data on assets and liabilities;
• tagging Government assets and liabilities, creating inventory of Government assets and liabilities;
• participating in undertaking research on assets management;
• assisting in analyzing data on assets and liabilities, and assisting providing support to Department and Agencies and Counties on assets, fleet and liabilities management.

  Requirements for appointment

  For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-

  • Diploma in any of the following fields: Accounting; Finance and Banking; BusinessAdministration, Procurement or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
