Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the legal and administrative teams.
  • Manage physical and digital filing systems and maintain legal records.
  • Handle correspondence, client inquiries, telephone calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate office logistics, meetings, and field assignments.
  • Support office operations, supplies management, and routine administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in administration or front-office operations, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and record-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, typing, and data entry.
  • Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service.
