Assistant Chef (Staffing Partner Africa) Position: ASSISTANT CHEF Client: A busy hotel in Nairobi CBD. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cooking meals according to menu and quality standards. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely and hygienic manner. Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and stock. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Monitor food supplies and communicate shortages promptly. Observe all food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hotel. Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Passion for food quality and presentation
