Responsibilities or duties

Act as the first point of contact, delivering a seamless and professional front-office client experience

Manage client inquiries, onboarding, and policy administration with accuracy and efficiency

Support underwriting activities, including gathering risk information, preparing documentation, and liaising with underwriters

Assist in claims processes through documentation, client updates, and proactive follow-ups to ensure timely resolution

Uphold compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

Maintain organized records and contribute to smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Actuarial Science, or a related field

Professional certification (e.g., ACII, AIIK) or front-office training is an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

Keen interest in underwriting and claims processes

Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance systems

High level of integrity and professionalism

Preference for candidates currently based in Mombasa

Experience needed

1–2 years’ experience in a client-facing or insurance-related role
