We’re Hiring: Assistant Farm Manager – Laikipia County
Our client, a private equity-backed livestock farming enterprise specializing in sheep and goats, is seeking an experienced Assistant Farm Manager to support and oversee daily farm operations and breeding programs.
This role involves managing livestock health and productivity, supervising farm staff, optimizing pasture and feed systems, and ensuring efficient, sustainable farm operations.
Key Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field
? 3–5 years’ experience in livestock farm management (sheep & goats preferred)
? Strong experience in breeding programs, animal health, and record-keeping
? Ability to manage budgets, reports, and farm data
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
