Job Summary:
The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the Front Office Manager in leading the front desk team and ensuring the highest standards of guest service. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive experience in hotel front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out and guest services.
  • Train, schedule, and support front office staff.
  • Handle escalated guest issues and ensure effective resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain front office quality and performance standards.
  • Assist in managing room inventory and availability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a hotel front office environment.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
