Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee daily office and site operations – logistics, inventory tracking, procurement support
- Improve workflow efficiency and service delivery
- Supervise support staff including drivers, office assistants, and cleaners
- Ensure documentation, timelines, and technical standards are consistently met
HR Support
- Support recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee record management
- Work alongside HR on performance coordination, leave tracking, and compliance
- Assist with staff welfare and team wellbeing initiatives
- Handle confidential staff matters with discretion and integrity
Project & Supply Chain Support
- Coordinate project delivery support, site quality control, and inventory management
- Liaise with transport, logistics, and external service providers
Financial & Quality Control
- Support budget tracking and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards in office and site compliance
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field
- Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, HR, or operations coordination role within interior design, architectural finishes, or construction
- HR Exposure: Must have experience managing records, supporting recruitment, or coordinating people processes
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or design industry operations

- Reliability: People count on you to follow through
- Discretion & Integrity: You handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Tech Proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) plus HR or inventory systems
