AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

SALARY: Kes 75,000

LOCATION: MAI MAHIU

All Candidates Must:

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role within a vehicle repairs and maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and fleet maintenance management.
• Experience working with heavy mobile equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, drilling machines, and tippers is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Ms Office and maintenance reporting.

• Supervise a team within a vehicle repairs and maintenance environment.
• Conduct vehicle diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
• Manage fleet maintenance.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of heavy mobile equipment.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Plan, solve problems, and organize maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports using Ms Office.
