• Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within an automotive repairs and maintenance environment.
• Strong practical experience in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Understanding of fleet maintenance & motor vehicle operations.
• Experience maintaining heavy mobile equipment such as wheel loaders, excavators, drilling machines, tippers, or quarry equipment will be a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
