Job Summary

The Bar Captain is responsible for supervising bar operations, ensuring exceptional beverage service, maintaining stock levels, and leading the bar team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations.
  • Lead and motivate bartenders and bar stewards.
  • Ensure beverages are prepared to company standards.
  • Monitor bar inventory and stock usage.
  • Train new bar staff on service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the bar.
  • Monitor cash handling and beverage sales.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Relevant experience in bar operations.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
