Role Context
The Blower Operator will play a crucial role assisting in maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily machine AM activities. This role involves being present continuously at the assigned machine/equipment and ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring machine/equipment performance and recording output on an hourly basis.
- Participate in daily machine autonomous maintenance before starting shift.
- Update assigned machine log sheets on hourly basis
- Escalate/report to immediate supervisor on any machine breakdown.
- Participate in machine breakdown analysis sessions led by the line shift team leader or Line technician.
- Observe all set safety regulations for a safe working environment based on production requirements.
- Liaise with the quality team to ensure production of quality products and be able to raise any non-conformance noticed during the production process
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 Years minimum experience in manufacturing Industries
- At least 3 years of experience in a Beverage production environment is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
- Strong analytical/Troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
