- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience. Experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, mortuary, funeral home, insurance, hospitality, or related service environment is highly preferred. Proven experience managing teams and operations.
