JOB DETAILS:
Background:
Brites Management Services is currently seeking a Branch Manager for their Microfinance division in Kapenguria. The ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee branch operations
- Implement microfinance principles and lending methodology
- Supervise and lead a team
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in microfinance or retail banking
- Proficiency in MS Office and core banking systems
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance or retail banking, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
