JOB TITLE: Branch Manager – Narok

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Narok branch. You will be responsible for managing loan portfolios, ensuring timely recovery of non-performing loans, supervising field agent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and coach loan officers, field agents, and debt collection teams
• Monitor loan performance, with focus on non-performing loans (NPLs) and recovery rates
• Develop and execute strategies for loan collection and portfolio growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit regular reports on loan performance, collections, and agent activities
• Identify new business opportunities and support SME lending growth in the Narok area

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in branch management, SME lending, or collections
• Proven experience in managing loan portfolios and non-performing loans
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• High integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
