KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct daily building inspections and report issues.
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and service technicians.
  • Manage cleaners' attendance and daily cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure building security and handle user complaints.
  • Coordinate materials and setup for events and ensure proper handover.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Business or Project Management.
  • 2–3 years' experience in property/project management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Basic safety awareness.
