Job Title: Business Development Executive- (Renewable Energy)

Gross Pay : 40k

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Operations) to ensure seamless client service delivery and satisfaction
  • Consistently achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Conduct market research and gather strategic insights to support business growth, product development, and market positioning

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales
  • (Experience in renewable energy, engineering, or technical sectors will be an added advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaboratively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
