Responsibilities or duties
This is more than a conventional sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing heavy equipment utilization, securing long-term machinery contracts, developing strategic industry relationships, and identifying full-scale earthworks and infrastructure project opportunities.
Qualifications or requirements
We’re particularly interested in professionals with:
- Business development, field sales or commercial experience
- Exposure to construction, infrastructure, heavy equipment leasing, mining, quarrying or civil engineering
- Strong understanding of Kenya’s contractor and infrastructure market
- Established relationships with contractors, developers, engineers or project decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- A proactive, target-driven approach to business development
Experience needed
Business development, field sales or commercial experience

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission
Travel: Regular travel across project sites and regional offices
