- Build and maintain relationships with flower farms
- Provide technical support on fertilizers and crop protection products
- Support growth within the floriculture sector
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in agri-input sales
- Floriculture experience is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of specialty fertilizers and crop protection products
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills
Additional Information:
- Frequent travel to agricultural hubs including Naivasha, Thika, Nanyuki, and Eldoret
