qualifications

• Drive new business and revenue growth to achieve branch breakeven within 6 months.
• Identify, pitch, and close deals with SMEs, enterprises, and financial institutions.
• Build and manage a client pipeline for organization dealing with ICT and security solutions.
• Deploy local go-to-market strategies and partnerships.
• Oversee P&L, forecast revenue, and control costs.
• Gradually hire and onboard sales and technical resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development in organization dealing with ICT and security solutions.
• Hands-on sales experience dealing with Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, M365, Security), EDR and endpoint security, data backup and disaster recovery solutions, firewalls and network security, structured cabling and WiFi solutions, VAPT, IT audits, compliance services, managed IT, and cybersecurity services.
