JOB TITLE::BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME
SALARY: KSHS. 30,000
JOB LOCATION: RUIRU
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to strengthen partnerships.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify potential business opportunities and leads.
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Research & Insights
- Stay up to date on current market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, market trends, and business development progress.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales or business development.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and client needs.
- Professional and confident in corporate settings.
- Driven to achieve targets and contribute to company growth.
