Background

The Business Development Officer will play a critical role in revitalizing the company presence among Nairobi's affluent and upwardly mobile clientele. This individual will execute a comprehensive sales strategy, build and nurture lasting relationships, and drive significant sales growth through targeted personal selling, strategic partnerships, event management, and exceptional customer experience initiatives.

• Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
• Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including luxury hotels.
• Event Management & Experiential Marketing
• Loyalty Program & Customer Retention
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of "The Unmistakable Club" loyalty program.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Regularly track and analyse sales data, market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence interacting with high-net-worth individuals, senior executives, and influential personalities.
• Excellent event planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in high-end sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or similar environments.
• Proven track record of cultivating high-value client relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.
