Job Summary

The Business Development Officer will serve as a proactive catalyst for company growth by identifying new business avenues, generating revenue streams, and securing profitable long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine market intelligence with professional sales acumen to expand our professional service client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial business opportunities to grow the company's corporate client base.
  • Develop, iterate, and implement highly effective sales frameworks and market development strategies.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, high-value relationships with existing and prospective institutional clients.
  • Conduct detailed market research to capture industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, financial tenders, and pitches to executive decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial contract negotiations and successfully close lucrative business deals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Represent the enterprise professionally at industry networking events, corporate meetings, and public business forums.
  • Collaborate closely with internal fulfillment teams to guarantee excellent, seamless service delivery.
  • Formulate regular sales pipeline reports, accurate revenue forecasts, and business development updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Human Resource Management, or a related business field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Marketing, or a similar revenue-generating role.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior background operating within HR consulting, corporate recruitment, or professional service sectors will be a distinct advantage.
  • Core Competencies: Stellar negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Personal Attributes: High self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, capacity to produce results with minimal oversight, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
