Responsibilities or duties
We are seeking to recruit Business Development Officers (BDOs) who will play a key role in driving business growth and implementing effective sales strategies. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the achievement of the company's corporate objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications or requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business-related course. Professional qualification in Insurance or Demonstrate Progress (ACII, CII or IIK). Excellent knowledge of insurance industry and the Kenyan market.
Experience needed
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience selling general products.
