JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Business Planning Manager will support the Group Head, Enterprise Digital Transformation and the Group Head, Internal Business Functions in developing, coordinating and executing strategic and operational business plans across enabler systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business planning, budget development, forecasting and performance tracking across business units
- Work with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, deliverables and KPIs
- Develop dashboards, reports and analytics to monitor plan execution and performance variance
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in execution of plans and alignment to organisational goals
- Drive strategic workshops, scenario planning and provide insights to support business decisions

Level of Education: bachelor degree
